Refund Policy

  • At SS International Travel, we strive to offer flexible and customer-friendly travel services. Please review our refund policy below:
    • Cancellation by Customer
      • Cancellations made 30 days before the trip will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable costs (such as flight or hotel bookings).
      • Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip may incur additional cancellation fees depending on the package details.
    • Cancellation by SS International Travel
      • In the event that SS International Travel must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook with no additional charge.
    • No Refunds for Unused Services
      • If you choose not to use any part of your booked services, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion.
